-Toxic work environment: Consistently threated to be fired on a daily basis -The account managers struggle to communicate their needs affectively in turn wasting outbound efforts -When requesting time off, you will get guilted into taking less time or they make you feel bad for taking time off -Leadership does not care: The owners will walk into the office and completely ignore the staff there. They will hire new people and don't even introduce themselves and avoid showing up to the office as much as possible. -If you put your two weeks in they will fire you on the spot -Constant pressure and a horrible work culture

Long hour the manager didn’t respect anyone, New manager was a bully she came in fired us all and hired a new team who she bullied as well . We were made to work weekends and extended hours Benefits are not that hot, leadership never seen, they’re cheap on recruiting bonuses and are racist with the salaries !
