Castalia Systems is owned by some of the most down to earth people I have worked for. The owners are always willing to take the time to speak with you, which is a rarity for a company of this size. Great compensation packages, wonderful people and the company is constantly growing. The leadership at Castalia Systems really takes care of their employees, communicate frequently and the executives will even reach out to check in with you, just to make sure you are doing well and answer questions you may have!

He recently approved to switch me to a cyber position next month. * Whenever I have any questions, issues, or concerns- I am able to write an email or text my PM and I'd have an answer the same day. * Castalia system employees generally feel like they are part of a family. We have holiday parties and other events where we come together to build as a team. Helps to come together as a company and really feel like you belong to a great team.
