      The company took care of us reasonably well during the pandemic, even when we couldn't go to the office. They offered jobs at other locations when the contract went through major layoffs

      I don't recall any significant downsides

      Jobs are interesting, nice to help government contractors

      Cons

      Negative work environment, jobs are threatened if quotas arent met and salaries are unrealistic for today's economy, management is rude and won't listen.
