      Pros

      Going through the hiring process was easy from the 1st interview to meeting the program manager. Working with staff and HR to change jobs from within the company from FMV to GEOINT was seamless. The company is small this gives it a flexible feel when dealing with employees. This can be seen in the medical, dental, eye, and even pet insurance options available. What I like best is the flexible and personnel interaction to being seen as a person vs a number.

      Cons

      With COVID when I was hired was unable to meet more people of the company due to social distancing and health and safety concerns. But this is being address as things go back to the new normal.

      I absolutely love my company. I have been with them for eight years and they have always treated me well and have taken care of me. They extend this care to all employees.

      Pros

      Castalia offers a lot with respect to growth opportunities and a chance to work for a diverse set customers. Everyone is friendly and supportive of my work/life balance.

      Cons

      There are no downsides; as companies go, Castalia is a great landing spot.
