      Great Company for Government Contractors

      -I worked two separate contracts with Castalia Systems and both were enjoyable on the castalia leadership side of things. -Not micromanaged by leadership - Company has great benefits compared to other government contract companies.

      Cons

      I was not able to use bereavement leave in 2018 for my grandmother. I am unsure if the rules have changed for who is considered "close family". - 1% Annual Raises
