      Pros

      Castalia is very flexible with their employees and are more than helpful when any issues arise. Very approachable management and you feel supported.

      Cons

      None that I noticed. Starting base salary for the position is competitive to other companies I worked adjacent to.

      Pros

      Easy to speak to management and have concerns addressed in an appropriate and timely manner. Great starting pay compared to the other contracting companies. Happy hour events where you can meet people in every facet of leadership from the CEO to team leads and general analysts.

      Cons

      Harder to maneuver between contracts due to not being a super large company.

      The Castalia team takes pride in their fun collaborative team environment and acts smartly and swiftly to enable the team and get after the customers' toughest problems. The leadership team is always accessible to work with employees and enable them to access resources.

      Cons

      No negative input to share. This is a great company to work for.
