      Pros

      Flat organization with personable and engaged CEO and leadership team. Forward leaning in developing business within CCMD spaces, with experienced mission owners driving consulting expertise into unique problem areas.

      Cons

      As OCONUS business grows, remote support teams could benefit from an increased level of leadership engagement and additional avenues for company cohesion.

      Pros

      As a government contractor, I simply ask that the company lets me do my job and compensates me fairly for doing so, and Castalia was great about it. When I felt I should be advanced in my career, my manager was more than happy to listen to me. Castalia also provides additional benefits and holds different contracts if you might want to change career paths. I would have remained with Castalia had my dream position not offered me an opportunity.
