Pros

People are amazing to work with! Culture is great but remote work has hindered a bit.

Cons

Compensation and benefits need to be revisited to more closely match industry. A bit more diversity in leadership would help.

Pros

Overall, I've been very happy since joining the team at Castellan. Here are some of the pros that come to mind: -My team consists of highly-motivated high achievers and team players - great team dynamic -Company culture is open and appreciative of people's work and skills -Consistent visibility to and communication from management -Work is challenging, often in a positive way -Recently rolled out unlimited PTO

Cons

There's always room for improvement and here are some areas that I think are cons or could use work: -Some disconnect between teams/parts of the org - could be more integration between software and consulting side (I think this is an active effort) -The amount of work ebbs and flows - seems very busy sometimes and not busy enough other times - but this might be the nature of consulting and not specific to this company -Work is challenging, sometimes in a negative way -Training has been less structured and comprehensive than I'd like

Pros

Great people, most people are on the same page and want to be part of this newly combined company. Technology - its very good now, its going the be the best in the industry soon Management - mostly new, figuring it, realize people are what make this place and awarding in those who do a great job. Unlimited PTO and cool offices

Cons

Its a merger of three companies, its going to be different from the original companies, change is difficult for some people Changed the name, so the identity is taking a while to catch-on in the market
