Pros

There are tons of great people at Castlight and that is my favorite thing about my job. The product is also dynamic so it keeps you on your toes

Cons

At times a bit too leadership heavy, a few more engineers in the weeds would be helpful.

Pros

I love my job and I really love the people I work with. My team and manager are incredibly supportive and provide me with opportunities to learn and grow. I feel heard when voicing my opinions, challenged to create new ideas and processes and appreciated for the value I add to the company.

Cons

My work doesn't always feel meaningful on a large scale. I question the number of lives we are actually affecting in a positive way. Luckily, my coworkers make up for this and I am happy to go to work and do my best.
