Pros

I love my job and I really love the people I work with. My team and manager are incredibly supportive and provide me with opportunities to learn and grow. I feel heard when voicing my opinions, challenged to create new ideas and processes and appreciated for the value I add to the company.

Cons

My work doesn't always feel meaningful on a large scale. I question the number of lives we are actually affecting in a positive way. Luckily, my coworkers make up for this and I am happy to go to work and do my best.

Pros

Castlight Health is a brand under apree health, not a company anymore. The CEO is not Maeve O'Maera, This page is misleading. Castlight and Vera Whole Health merged to form apree health but are still operating under their brand name.

Cons

Executive leadership is toxic and has completely destroyed the company drove out the leadership that actually deserved to be there. Private equity company took over and are just gutting the company to sell and make a dime. THIS is one of many things that are ruining healthcare.
