      Pros

      I don't have any pros to mention about my experience at the Castlight office I work in. There are some good plans in place but no way to know if they will come to fruition

      Cons

      Support from management is nonexistent, you're treated like a body answering the phone instead of a person that is valued, severely unorganized, poor attitudes from management

      Pros

      The mission of brining transparency and clarity to healthcare. The idea that we were helping people to make decision that enabled them to receive the best healthcare possible was inspiring.

      Cons

      The focus on pedigree as an indication of how smart someone is. The lack of value placed on getting the work done.
