      1.Castlight is excellent company with lot of benefits, flexible work timings and management is really really good, they are very supportive. work culture is good. 2. After joining castlight not willing to go out from the company. 3. Good balance between personal and professional life. 4. I have not had this much good experience with any other company which I worked.
