There is constant change in how the teams are organized, led, and do their work. As a start-up, Castlight learned many valuable lessons on process, scaling and customers. Unfortunately, the organization is not learning from these experiences and experiencing the same start-up pain now that Jiff has joined the company. Jiff has good people, but the leaders aren't interested in learning from the past. Castlight should treasure the longer tenured employees who have important institutional knowledge.
