Pros

The teams are professional, people always have a smile and a friendly word. As a parent, I find myself fortuante to be working with leader who take this into consideration and without fuzz let me go home to tend to my child, attend school plays and other activities. The pay is fair and you have advancement opportunities.

Cons

A lot of work, but that you have everywhere.

Pros

All the members of the team were friendly and helpful within the job and outside of it. The culture is great. Free lunch once a week plus snacks were a very nice bonus. A variety of tools aided in workflow and tracking events or developments even outside of the local team.

Cons

Always pressure regarding upcoming deadlines and to work through things quickly, even while maintaining satisfaction goals with customers. New issues appearing in products as quickly as old ones were resolved.

Free lunch once a week, great snacks and drinks provided every day, management that really cares and wants to see you succeed in your career.

Cons

Tools are a little scattered. This company is one year under a merger and transitions were rocky but, for the most part pretty smooth.
