Best people I have ever worked with Remote work accepted Great pay

Cons

Other departments aren't help accountable for supporting the customer appropriately. Customer success here is not for everyone. There are rewarding moments but you usually have to fight for basic necessities. Incredible amount of churn Internal promotions and hires are not paid enough

Pros

Castlight has been committed to my success from day one. The management team is compassionate and all of them are extremely effective leaders. The executive leadership team is diverse and genuinely interested at staying connected to everyone at all levels of the organization.

Cons

Other than the normal frustrations with tooling that come with managing a mobile app, I cant think of any notable cons.
