The mission of brining transparency and clarity to healthcare. The idea that we were helping people to make decision that enabled them to receive the best healthcare possible was inspiring.

Cons

The focus on pedigree as an indication of how smart someone is. The lack of value placed on getting the work done.

Great group of people to work with. All work together to get the job done. Flexible work style. Really work hard to make it a great place to work. Executives are amazingly nice.

Start-up and still have structure to set-up and implement.

Some great people. Facilities & office space managed very well. Great location. Healthy snacks.

Cons

Fast growth resulted in hires that didn't fit as well culturally. Lost it's close knit friendly atmosphere. Voicing of team problems not taken seriously or listened to.
