Cons

The company feels much more hierarchical than it used to be. Information doesn't trickle down beyond the most senior leadership team.

Many of the people are smart, driven and genuinely nice.

Cons

Too many politics and "in-fighting" within the organization from management levels on down. Culture needs be from the top down; don't just post them and talk about them.
