The people - everyone is friendly and willing to pitch in and help. The work - there are new challenges that come up everyday. Work-Life Balance - I never have to open my computer on the weekends and I have been able to devote the appropriate time to family. Flexible PTO

There are a lot of meetings. Everyday.

One benefit of a team-based culture is that your colleagues have your back and support work/life balance. We believe that Castlighters should take PTO and completely unplug—we’ve earned it. Now if only we could achieve that without so many meetings! Thanks again for your feedback; it has been taken into account by management.

Pros

These people care who you are. You are not just a number, you are a person with a life and a personality. Their health plan is just about the best I've ever been on and I've been on quite good health plans. Let's talk about the President. He is inspiring, approachable, someone you want to get behind. In all honesty, I go to work knowing I am doing something positive for the world. I may provide user support, but I'm not doing just that. I help people become healthier and save them much needed funds. If one person survives a heart attack because they decided to walk more through Jiff and made their heart stronger, then my job is worth it 1000 times over.

Cons

Not many really. I love going to work everyday. Extra soda?
