There are many wonderful things I could say about Castlight, but I will limit it to three: great culture, amazing people, and wonderful mission Castlight Health has a great culture and a leadership team who consistently continues to drive a strong culture. Our values are incredibly important to us and often quotes in conversation, meetings, and the work that we do.As Giovanni Collela often says, "I hope to create an environment that will be the best professional experience of your career." That definitely rings true! People at Castlight are absolutely amazing. We are truly family. We celebrate each other's successes, family/life changes, but also push each other to get better every day. People work hard and I do think the commitment to each other is what drives many folks to give nothing short of their best every single day! There are many companies out there that are answering a niche question or fill a small part of the healthcare spectrum, while Castlight Health is going after some of the most challenging parts of the healthcare system and it aspires to truly help individuals to make the right healthcare decisions when they are at their time of need.

Friendly, knowledgeable colleagues willing to train and share information, no gossip, flexible work hours to accomodate your work-life balance, weekly all-hands meeting - different speakers and departments (they even feed you!), employees don't act with entitlement - they are polite and professional.
