Everyone is driven toward a common mission of improving the US Healthcare system. Everyone is willing to help each other.

Cons

Despite what management says career growth and being able to move around the company.. it is not true. You will be given a specific job role and responsibilities and you must keep to it.

Still some great people at this company trying to make it work. Conceptually, this platform should be a winner, and still has some hope.

Cons

Leadership: New leadership from Jive is trying to make things work, but they don't understand the business. Old leadership understands the business, but doesn't know how to scale. Sales: Be prepared to live off your base especially if you're in the Growth segment. Massive turnover has occurred over the last 12 months, and few people are happy. Marketing: Needs help...badly.
