Pros

Solid work ethic Great leadership Real value Impactful customer outcomes Everyone goes above and beyond to support a common goal Hot Market- Healthcare is on fire Feels like a well run machine with the energy and excitement of a start-up Solution offerings are wonderful Product development extremely innovative

Cons

I haven't found any cons but like any innovative fast pace company in a complex market employees have to be sharp and engaged. I don't agree with the negative feedback i've read in Glassdoor. The company has made significant changes for the positive. Many of the old timers don't appreciate these changes. Change is difficult for some individuals to accept. As a senior sales professional, I do appreciate the changes.

Pros

- I get to work for an industry leader in technology in a market that desperately needs our solution - I have 'all' of the resources and internal support needed to exceed expectations in my role - I get to work with the smartest and hardest working individuals in the industry - The technology we sell is literally 'light years' ahead of our competition - I am in a position to help positively impact one of the greatest drivers of the U.S. Economy - I help U.S. businesses compete on a global scale, reduce costs and attract top talent - We are disrupting the healthcare industry with a cutting edge technology that is fundamentally changing the market and the way companies will manage their healthcare business moving forward

Cons

- There is no standard template for closing deals and winning new business (You must be able to 'create' innovative solutions to complex problems involving multiple stakeholders) - Our technology is a few years ahead of the market (salespeople who prefer to make their quota on low hanging fruit need not apply)

Pros

High base salary, benefits. Lots of good, experienced individuals who you get to interact with on a daily basis.

Cons

Sales leadership, process, go to market strategy. This has been the worst sales experience I've ever had. For those who are entertaining a Growth Market position, stay away!
