      Pros

      This is a great company motivated by an incredibly important mission with a focus on company culture and values. There is plenty of opportunity to grow professionally and the company continues to grow.

      Cons

      Like any growing company, there is often more work to do that there is time or manpower to do it. Things are getting better, but, there are definitely plenty of busy days.

      Pros

      Castlight is really trying to do something impactful in the healthcare technology industry and it feels really inspiring to be a part of it. The people I work with are fantastic and extremely talented. The problems we get to think about are tough and intellectually challenging.

      Cons

      The lifestyle is not sustainable, the pay is significantly below market and there are very few perks. Not great clear upward career trajectory.
