Castlight lives its vision and goals. The company has great benefits. We value our employees and assist in their growth through opportunities to shine, and through management training classes. Management is available for questions and to address concerns. It lives its vision and has a fun work atmosphere. It allows employees to work from home as needed, and to address family needs.

Cons

At times it requires long hours to complete projects, especially toward and through quarter end. The hiring process can take longer than normal.

A company that is working really hard to make products that help its customers; very focused product team; generally talented team across the board; has made a lot of strives in work-life balance over past 18 months

Cons

Struggling with some of the standard 'post-exit' challenges, in terms of promotion opportunities for long-term employees and folks with a more start-up bent.

Very passionate team committed to achieving the company's mission and improving healthcare in the US. Very fair compensation and opportunities for promotions are available because of the company's growth. Leadership team is held accountable to the employees and is transparent in their views and plans for the company.

Cons

Still a young company that doesn't have processes in place for everything, but things seem to be improving quickly since the IPO
