Pros

Highly intelligent and accomplished colleagues, very values-oriented culture, people are rewarded for exercising good moral and ethical judgment. People here have a very strong bias towards action. Castlight is also a really powerful brand from a career standpoint - People outside Castlight who know the company assume you're smart and talented if you can get hired here.

Cons

Work-life balance is not great, but probably pretty good for start-ups.

Castlight attracts an incredibly talented group of people. They are passionate about changing healthcare and genuinely enjoy working together.

Cons

Like all start-up and high growth environments, people work very hard at Castlight. In order to succeed, it's important to be able to keep up with a fast-paced environment.
