Mission driven culture with great people to work with, interesting work with lots of autonomy and responsibility. Cares about employees progress. Making a real change in US healthcare.

Cons

The Company is quickly growing, so there can be more work than resources. Also company is young so certain processes and procedures are still required.

Castlight is on the path to meaningfully improving the healthcare system in the US - helping Americans get better care and a better price. Employees feel the passion of being on this important mission. At Castlight you are surrounded with super smart highly motivated colleagues. At Castlight you have the opportunity to learn a lot, watching a company grow, led by experienced leaders.

Cons

Some people might say "enterprise" isn't as hot as consumer, but I would argue it creates a platform for dependable and stable growth. Some people might shy away from health care as an industry, but the reality is that its an incredible industry, and will be a place of incredible opportunity for the next 20 years as the US system undergoes a substantial transformation.

Castlight truly is an amazing place to work. I love the fact that I'm surrounded by so many brilliant people. It's gives me the opportunity to grow and expand in my career. Not only is the culture unlike any I've experienced, the company is doing so many outstanding things in health care. It's exciting to be part of the Castlight team, where they are helping employees become better consumers of health care. Above all else, it's great to work at a place where you know you are valued and we're all working towards a common goal, which is ultimately helping people.

Cons

There are a lot of meetings. From an information standpoint, it's great to keep up with the most recent information, but at times it can be somewhat overwhelming. We aren't required to attend all meetings, but choosing which take priority can become somewhat of a balancing act.
