      Pros

      I’ve been at other companies that talk a lot about growth within the company and culture and this is actually the first place I've truly experienced that. It is so genuine here. The leadership just wants you to succeed professionally and personally and gives you so many tools and resources to be able to do so. They have a lot of faith in their employees that has really stood out to me. Stock, competitive pay, tools and resources, lots of perks, and fantastic benefits

      Cons

      Honestly, they've been too lenient on employees that aren't pulling their weight and it's really hard to get fired (some think that's a good thing but there needs to be a better balance). This has started to negatively affect those that do show up but I feel they've taken this feedback seriously and have already started taking corrective actions. (but are still empathetic to giving people a chance and actually care if the reason they aren't performing well is because of personal hardships)

      Pros

      Benefits are good. If you're in HR you can get promoted to a nice new title every 6 months. Friendly culture. Nice people.

      Cons

      Nice people doesn't mean they're good at their jobs. A lot of dead wood especially at the Senior Director and above level. Underqualified individuals in the C-level. Platform isn't as good as their competitors. Terrible participant engagement. Anthem carries all their revenue.

      Horrible leadership in recruiting

      Pros

      Lots of great people work here. Many have been here for years and are passionate about the company product.

      Cons

      The leadership in their recruiting team was the absolute worst. She did not allow for work life balance, demanding that recruiters answer emails within 2 hours even on the weekends. Not supportive. Very tyrant-like management style. Leadership throughout the company took a lot of time off, as there is unlimited vacation, which made it hard to close out positions. But recruiters were never allowed to take off. Threatened to be replace even if asked off weeks in advance.
