Flexible remote first work environment, generally good people

Cons

Ineffective CRO & Executive leadership who are directionally challenged on their vision and go to market. Poor delivery addressing business outlook, leaving employees to read between the lines. Cost cutting measures are priority over execution.

- Total culture shock in the most positive ways. People are heard, listened to, treated with respect. You are treated like an adult. - Ability to make a major impact in a SaaS Startup

Cons

- Normal growing pains of a start-up, not exclusive to Castor, but if you do not like to be fluid and embrace some uncertainty in processes - then Castor and for that matter any start-up is not a great option.
