PTO is a great benefit if the company would let you have time off without your laptop.

Cons

No regard to the employees well being. Only concerned about the bottom line. Claims to be "patient first"...No way just a front.

Catalent Pharma Solutions is a wonderful company to work for if you are an individual looking for challenging opportunities in the CDMO space - especially if you are seeking manufacturing or operational experience. I thoroughly enjoy the work ethic of the people I work with, the fast-paced nature of my job, the impact I stand to make for our patients, and especially the fact that upper management has our back. This is critical - the people at our site have significant exposure to management and the prospect for quick appreciation and promotion is high. A brand new facility, top of the line instrumentation, a lot of friendly, new faces, and a new cafeteria make this a great place to work at.

Cons

The benefits package can definitely be improved (profit sharing across the site), and a better work-life balance is something that should constantly be encouraged and fostered. This site encourages a hardworking ethic and those of us who love what we do are rather happy - not for the faint of heart.

Learned about clinical trials and packaging. The company is growing and is positioned well for future growth. It is investing heavily in infrastructure. Lower level employees are friendly, helpful, and diligent.

Cons

High pressure. Management has not developed a level of trust with employees. There is urgency in everything. Work loads are unrealistic and abusive.
