Cons

No career development once joined. Saturated leadership and hence no progression levels below. Sole goal of organisation is to save money. Policies are written to catch employees financially (UNETHICAL calculation of accrued holiday pay/ partial monthly worked pay/partial year bonus/pension). Very practical that you are simply working for them and don't expect anything morally, ethically or culturally. Company may progress near future but not sure how long with vast number of unsatisfied employees. Extremely employee UNFRIENDLY.
