Pros

A great place to learn about the pharmaceutical industry. A chance to communicate with all departments. The benefits are unmatched (2$ copay for medication). Flexibility in working hours.

Cons

Important to keep things to yourself, word spread very fast among employees. Too much gossip. Preference given to local employees for growth opportunities and exposure. Huge turnaround in the quality and production department. The pay is low compared to other pharma companies. It is very difficult to retain talent.
