      Decent Pay, Big Workload

      Pros

      The pay is good, especially if you are an already registered technician. The company is pretty standard for the field. The clinic location I was working at was undergoing schedule and interior changes for client before I left.

      Cons

      The clinic does not have a lot of experienced RBTs, as of when I left, and the indoor play area can be very overwhelming. There is not a lot of floor support from management.

      -allows you to be creative -everyday is a new day -collaborative team -opportunities for growth -watching the kiddos learn + grow

      -hours may come and go due to weather, kiddos, and/or new/discharged clients
