      If you love kids and helping them and their families be successful, this is the job for you.

      Cons

      Insurance premiums are high and nearly impossible to pay if you are a low income family

      Love everything except...

      Pros

      It's a lot but it's worth the feeling you get after seeing the kiddos improve with your help Staff is great, kids are awesome.

      Cons

      The pay. This job is physically and mentally stimulating, rewarding and draining all at once. The RBT's need higher pay here, they are worth it.

      Great kids, great co-workers, fulfilling work

      Cons

      Unorganized, lack of supervision and support for RBTs, hours cut without warning, dishonesty to employees about benefits and opportunities, and unethical practices.
