      The environment is very positive and the people and Management is the best. They’re very supportive and organized in their workplace

      The pay is a little bit low with the type of job you do but there are ways to advance

      Get to make an impact on young children's lives; great way to gain experience if wanting to further your education in Applied Behavior Analysis.

      Cons

      Hard to get hours during the school year if not holding a salaried position.

      Decent Pay, Big Workload

      Pros

      The pay is good, especially if you are an already registered technician. The company is pretty standard for the field. The clinic location I was working at was undergoing schedule and interior changes for client before I left.

      Cons

      The clinic does not have a lot of experienced RBTs, as of when I left, and the indoor play area can be very overwhelming. There is not a lot of floor support from management.
