Love everything except...

Pros

It's a lot but it's worth the feeling you get after seeing the kiddos improve with your help Staff is great, kids are awesome.

Cons

The pay. This job is physically and mentally stimulating, rewarding and draining all at once. The RBT's need higher pay here, they are worth it.

Very fulfilling work with some wonderful coworkers.

Cons

Ownership was a major problem during my years with this company, despite the best intentions of many of my colleagues and RBTS, the owner’s dishonest and disorganized practices affected everyone on the team. Unethical billing practices and a toxic work environment ultimately led to my leaving the company.
