Good PTO, but restructure has changed moral

The discounts at multiple brands was nice.

Cons

Low pay Bad communication skills with company. Dysfunctional systems because they refuse to get new ones. DM who doesn't visit stores or remembers anything. No training just read your way through everything. No support just reach out to another store IT never knows anything
