I came in when it was Sparc Group before the acquisition and a smooth transition. Friendly people. Good atmosphere.
Cons
Over time I noticed the culture change and management became less concerned about moral. The office became less talkitive and more isolating to a point I no longer felt engaged. I didn't enjoy what I was doing and started losing focus. Management and HR just shrugged it off. I think it was just our office because I heard someone quite after 2 weeks for feeling the same way.
