Pros

Solid training, strong management, management places teachers close to home, research based literacy and math curriculum provided for elementary and middle years

Cons

Company doesn’t value their teachers as I have never seen a raise. I would have never signed on had I known they don’t even give cost of living raises. They offer a 401k but do not contribute to it. The medical benefits are expensive and mediocre at best.

Pros

As an employee of Catapult Learning LLC, I was able to work with students that needed additional academic reinforcement. I analyzed test result data in order to target student's difficulties within my lesson plans. We are paid bi-weekly, and at a reasonable rate.

Cons

At the beginning of the school year we are not given our full time hours. We are unable to meet up with the students due to pending school district approval.
