      Catapult is a good concept though their treatment of teacher is not satisfactory.

      Poor Management, Lack of communication, Lack of materials, No follow through, Lack of support from supervisor, creativity not encouraged, materials are out of date for reading, lesson plans and books provided by catapult often contain typos that are unprofessional.
