Pros

Small groups Fast-paced day (8 hours) Paid school holidays/snow days Supervisors are very nice, helpful Pay is decent.

Cons

You're basically serving as a special education teacher/interventionist, without a special education degree/training. Reading curriculum is new and better, but not nearly enough training was provided. Math curriculum is outdated and manips are not always available. Most of the time I used other resources to help math students. Pre and post tests need improvement. How do tests show that student improvement is due to Catapult's work vs. the skills they were taught by classroom teachers?
