Pros

Solid training, strong management, management places teachers close to home, research based literacy and math curriculum provided for elementary and middle years

Cons

Company doesn’t value their teachers as I have never seen a raise. I would have never signed on had I known they don’t even give cost of living raises. They offer a 401k but do not contribute to it. The medical benefits are expensive and mediocre at best.

Pros

Decent pay for the hours

Cons

Company only cares about making themselves money. Supervisions are not well trained and don't respond to emails.
