All the supervisors in Chicago are white! I’m sorry but what is that? I heard this company is not friendly to minorities before I started and since there is absolutely no diversity at the management level it makes one wonder about their agenda .

you are basically a hired hand, if you don't keep the school 'happy' you are considered a problem. No sense of integrity and doing what is best practice in the field. If the principal wants you to do something, just do it - or 'we may loose the contract' even when it is not in the contract. no oversight - my 'supervision' came to the school once this year, the policy is don's ask don't tell. The school district of Philadelphia should just do the work themselves - contracting with a for profit is not in the best interests of students or employees - The nurse at the school is a PSD employee and it works fine.
