Pros

My supervisor and immediate co-workers are amazing and have a great attitude/dedication towards helping students get into school and succeed. I have lots of flexibility and am trusted to do my job without being micro-managed. It is fulfilling to help students get back into school and help them overcome obstacles until they reach graduation. I enjoy having a variety of tasks that make each day a little different.

Cons

Communication between departments could be better.

Pros

Extremely flexible. I am trusted to do my job. My boss never asks where I am or what I'm doing. As long as I'm doing my job, I can do it my way.

Cons

This company doesn't seem to believe in raises. I've been there 5 years and have never known anyone to receive a pay increase.
