Pros

Hands-off company, great support from supervisors, great communication

Cons

The clients (private and Catholic schools) that the teachers get placed in are not up to par. Many schools lack organization and support. The negativity of the schools hurts the overall rating/satisfaction of the job.

Pros

Working part-time, near home and keeping the same school calendar as my children.

Cons

The pay is abysmally low with no room for advancement. The paper work was often prohibitive and took away from the intervention services students needed.
