There is a lack of support, and supervisors are continuously moving on. I was doing this as extra pay in addition to teaching, and it is okay, but it is not really worth the headache.

Toxic Work Environment: The work environment is highly toxic, with a lack of respect and support among colleagues. This includes rude teammates and a general culture of negativity. Microaggressions: Both from internal team members and external clients, leading to uncomfortable and hostile interactions that create unnecessary stress. Ageism and Bias: There is an evident bias from older women on the team who show a clear disdain for younger talent, creating a divisive and unwelcoming atmosphere. Discrimination: Instances of racism, prejudice, and bias are present, making it difficult for employees from diverse backgrounds to feel included or supported. If you are a Black or Brown woman or man do NOT apply. Poor Compensation: The pay is significantly below industry standards, contributing to team members' frustration and low morale. Lack of Respect: Colleagues are often talked about behind their backs, and negative comments are made openly, further eroding trust and collaboration within the team.
