Can not be fulltime

Pros

The scripted lessons are great for those without a classroom background. The resources are available both as hard copy or in the app. Your experience is only as good as your supervisor is knowledgeable.

Cons

It can become overwhelming if you have multiple grades and both ela and math. There is more prep with multiple grades. FulI time teaching can work if you don't have to cover too many grades. You will need about 13 groups to be full time.
