Pros

Flexible, some people can work from home

Cons

A lot of work with little respect, appreciation, or compensation, empty promises and lies, management brings in new hires rather than promoting hardworking employees who've been with the company, generally toxic environment, saw high turnaround in multiple departments.

Pros

Can follow the catapult curriculum, which makes lesson planning easier, student groups max out at 8, and you can somewhat make your own schedule for group times.

Cons

Disorganized company, poor training, high turnover, TONS of paperwork that doesn't directly impact student growth or achievement, and some higher management have never been educators and do not and will not understand the realities and demands of being in a classroom.
