Pros

Good people that care about what they are doing.

Cons

Company lacks cohesive internal communication system, hard to get answers about concrete objectives and deliverables. Lots of meetings about philosophy and ideas instead of saying 'this is what we need you to do'. Lack of promotion within the company and not fair salary for job performed.

Pros

Loved working here and bringing ideas to life to better support the program for the Students

Cons

The pay is horrible. The budget is not enough. Many employee drama that make it uncomfortable to do your daily job.

Pros

Decent pay, not teaching full classes, no grading, supportive supervisor

Cons

I teach at a high school, and the materials provided by the company do not work for high school. The job is very self-directed in that I had to create our own schedule and figure out how to get the students to attend. The company seems a little out of touch with the demands of high school. I had to figure out how best to help my students and school. Also the record keeping website is antiquated.
