Pros

The job is very fulfilling if you’re able to stick it out. The kids can be wonderful and the experience in education is unparalleled.

Cons

I loved my job at one of the Catapult Learning schools, but it can be very easy to become overwhelmed and burnt out. This will not be at every location, but where I was was like a revolving door when it came to staffing. This led us to be understaffed, overwhelmed, and under supported with behaviors.
