Pros

Supervisor accessible and support network was established at every school

Cons

You are worked like a dog. The number of sessions you have are more important than quality for to grants. At the onset of COVID shutdown I received absolutely no help, no security and was even gaslit about my experience where my supervisor said "it was hard for everyone." Yes, except you got to keep your job and i am having panic attacks about how I'm going to pay my rent with no support from my job. Do not work here as a therapist if you want respectable pay and to be given expertise about how you handle your caseload
