Pros

Catapult is a great organization to work for - but at the end of the day it all comes down to the school you work at. After my first year I saw a real difference in my kids' scores, and it is much more flexible with better work-life balance than lead classroom teaching.

Cons

The kids don't always love the curriculum - especially middle school reading
